Operation Christmas Child Update:
With our Word of Life and Teen Packing Parties, along with the generous donations from the congregation, we were able to more than double the number of boxes created! Last year we assembled 40 boxes, this year we lovingly assembled over 90 boxes! Praise God!
Our current budget did not account for this generous number of boxes, and we are now looking for additional monetary donations to cover the shipping for these boxes. If you would like to help fill this need, please put your donation in the offering plate CLEARLY IDENTIFIED as intended for Operation Christmas Child. This Sunday (11/18) is the final day of Bethany Baptist Collection week and our boxes – and donations for shipping – leave here at 2:00pm.
