This year our children’s Sunday school classes (for ages 4 – high school) will be helping to lead our advent celebration. The younger children will be presenting short skits to retell the Christmas Story, one skit each week of advent – 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 and 12/23. The teens (Middle School and High School) will be joining together to form a youth choir that will sing one week of advent (likely 12/16).
Students should be bringing home a letter about their role in advent this coming Sunday. Parents may also discuss advent with their child’s Sunday school teachers or talk with Julie Cischke.
