Our Leadership
At Bethany, we recognize a leadership structure comprised of a plurality of Elders (Brian Knight, Steve Barnhart, Alex Apps and Caleb Jackson), Deacons (Andrew Black, Kit Cischke, Matt Fifield, Adam Gill and Alex Knight) and full-time staff (Brian and Caleb). These men are identified and recognized by the congregation as active servants and teachers. They are not “super Christians”; they are everyday common men who strive to live by the disciplines specifically described in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-9, and lead by principles of biblical leadership throughout the Old and New Testaments.
